Refund policy

Bags must be in the original condition and unused. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. 

Customized and personalized bags are not eligible for returns unless they were damaged upon delivery.

Pictures may be required for damaged or defective items.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the rejection or approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you would like to exchange your bag for a different style or color please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
